Federal Strategic Plan
"Opening Doors” is the federal strategic plan to prevent and end homelessness in the United States. This plan was created by the United States Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH), a council comprising representatives from 19 different federal departments collaborating to guide the nation in its efforts to end homelessness. The vision of the plan is centered on the belief that “no one should experience homelessness - no one should be without a safe, stable place to call home.”
